From the Pantry
2 red chillies
1 litre full cream milk
200g dark chocolate
200g single cream
a pinch of cinnamon

Slice the chillies lengthwise and deseed.
Simmer the chillies in a saucepan of milk without bringing to a boil.
Let it rest for ten minutes.
Chop the chocolate.
Reheat the milk on and added chopped chocolate and the cream.
Heat the chocolate on a low flame till it melts.
Remove the chillies.
Add cinnamon to taste.
